As CEO & Founder of BP's Convenience and EV Labs, Alessandro led the development of 31 patentable innovations including bPOWERd (portable battery rental system), AI-powered forecourt solutions that provide tailored recommendations to customers during EV charging—creating an integrated energy experience for both vehicle and driver—and other retail technology advances. He established BP's first Test Store concept, with his initiatives continuing to be implemented and driving clean tech adoption today.

Previously, as Executive COO and Co-Founder of Healthily (Your.MD), he scaled the digital health platform from startup to over 30 million users.His executive career includes senior transformation roles at Discovery Inc., HiT Entertainment/Mattel, and Outfit7.
